Kids Cantonese Opera Treasures, 2017

12 young performers gave a terrific show on stage at the Kids Cantonese Opera Treasures, 2017. They captured the audience with performances of scenes from traditional Cantonese Opera stories in full costumes. The event was hosted by Chinese Women’s New Life Movement Club who invited the students from Perfect Harmony Cultural Exchange Association to help celebrate International Women’s Day.

All the performing students are US born and raised and are younger than 15, with the newest among them only 4 years old.

This March 18th performance before a full house at the Culture Center of Taipei was a huge success. It was spectacular.
